The traditional products are the result of a careful selection of the best vegetables, of 100% Italian origin that the company uses, without the use of preservatives, artificial dyes and GMO products.
Santa Rita carries out the natural fermentation in brine of its vegetables, in order to guarantee its customers a genuine high quality product.
Preserves and semi-preserves make up the Santa Rita product line: Tomatoes, olives, hot peppers, onion, peppers and aubergines are purchased fresh directly in the field for the production of table olives, traditional preserves and condiments.
