SR-INTERNATIONAL is a project that aims to internationalize the typical products of the Italian tradition of Santa Rita. (Rif. POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014-2020 – ASSE III – OBIETTIVO SPECIFICO 3.4 – AZIONE 3.4.2. AVVISO PUBBLICO PER LA CONCESSIONE DI CONTRIBUTI FINALIZZATI AL FINANZIAMENTO DI PROGRAMMI DI INTERNAZIONALIZZAZIONE DELLE MICRO E PMI CAMPANE CUP B25F19000200007)
The main objective of the Sr-International project was the strengthening of the international dimension of the company in the agri-food sector and the opening of a new market in Romania.
With the results obtained with the SR international project, the company was able to lay the first foundations for the construction of a commercial network in the Romanian market.
The launch of the new SR- international brand dedicated to the Romanian market was an important result achieved thanks to the realization of the project.
In detail, in this project, with the support of the supplier Business innovation council Srl, the following activities were carried out:
a web portal www.inter-lab.it in English and Romanian;
web marketing activities for the promotion of company products;
internationalization plan with study of the local context;
specialist support actions, to build a commercial and partnership network system;
a dedicated brand based on originality and business needs
The SR-international program has allowed Santa Rita to access the Romanian market thanks to the construction of an international commercial partnership network, the introduction of new technological solutions integrated into the business processes for the sale of traditional Italian preserves and the launch of a dedicated brand in Romania.
